threatening phone call about a lien being placed on home and that I was a horrible person who didnt pay my bills. (the bill in question had been taken care of within 30 days 15 years ago.) Sheriffs office (that supposedly had papers to serve me)verified that this number is bogus and the "attorneys office" is an address that is actually an Albertson's / UPS drop off location.

Mike Lawson called and said he was an attorney representing Home Depot/Citi Bank and that he has been trying to serve me papers for the past 2 weeks and if I don't pay him $4,400.00 he will garnish my wages and put a lien on my home. He should look into the fair debt collection practices act 15 usc 1692g before harassing people of discharged debt that is included in a bankruptcy.

Claimed that I owed an old bill that was paid years ago. threatened to garnish my wages I called to verify the bill had been paid m! And it had been …they did manage to get some personal info so I had to call the police, credit bureaus, etc and the bank they said I owed did, too

Robert Anderson and Michael Lawson continue to call to collect a debt from a bank account I had open in 2005 that they say was never closed so now I owe 4000 dollars. If a 800 payment isn't made today I will be summons to court. also when I had a friend and attorney to call back with questions Anderson became very agitated and kept ****ing up without answering any questions.

Called for a relative who has a different number. Said they were calling about claims that needed to be collected, but ***g up quickly when I called back to ask questions. Did provide any information or ask any follow up questions regarding the person they were attempting to actually reach. Very NOT above board.
