This was a recorded voter solicitation message from the voice of Michael Krause who is running for Victor Valley College Board of Governors.  They called my CELL phone (!), which number is opted out to NOT receive calls, and wasted my minutes while I tried to figure out who was calling.  They are "909" (San Bernardino, etc.), the Victor Valley is in the high desert, area code "760" and my cell phone is "818" so I don't know how they picked up my number.  How bothersome ! ! !  Guess who I WON'T be voting for (!)  The line, when called back, is a fax and someone is probably feeding the message automatically to pre-programmed numbers.
