PC Solutions, called to "notify" me that my computer is sending out bad files. They immediately asked me to press the "ctrl" key on my keyboard so they could help me to fix it. I informed I do not have that key multiple times and the original lady placed me on hold and got a guy to help. Both had heavy indian accents. The guy continued to try to get me to press the key and then remarked with at***ude that this ma****e must be made in ****a. I said why yes, it is. It's a Mac. He got all excited and told me all sorts of fallacies he "knows" to be true about Mac and it being the safest ma****e. He said mine and my neighbors lines mussed be crossed, even though he verified my last name. These people have called before and tried similar tactics to ***n access to a Microsoft computer for phishing and stealing purposes. They prey on the naive, don't be the naive.
