Keep getting calls from this number. I am a Charter internet customer as well. I never answer these calls and they leave a 4 second voicemail that sounds like wind ****ing into the phone.

There is a app called CallFilter on the android market everyone should download to block call's like this. I did and it works flawless.

They keep calling me over and over. They also used a blocked number after I didn't answer the call

It's charter trying to sell tv services since i only have internet service. I've asked to be removed from the call list, but they keep calling daily. One person said the calls will stop in 20 days another said 45 day. I've reported them on http://www.fcc.gov/complaints.

I use a little app called Mr. Number, which blocks calls that I don't want to take, including this one! Take that, Charter you s***my little ***********!

No voicemail, but others here say it's Charter. I am an internet only customer and they are constantly calling using different numbers, trying to get us to take other services, even though we have told them a gazillion times we are only interested in the internet. What does it take to make them understand we are not interested? Call at all times, early morning, late night. Getting old very fast. If I want their other services, I will call them! Geez!

Charter Communications Customer Service trying to convince internet customers to upgrade to their TV service. They have been calling relentlessly for days and since I didn't recognize the number I ignored it until I was able to look it up on this site.
