Claims there is a case a***nst me claims they called my job wich I don’t work and will find me even do they been having my # and address but just now wanna find me lol don’t believe it don’t answer it my phone says Spam every call they leave or voicemail

Said his name was Anthony calling to sell me home defender services.

Claimed to be a debt mediator and was calling me to try to prevent court papers from being filed tomorrow. This voicemail threatened wage garnishments and liens and to file court do***ents tomorrow afternoon if I did not call back. This is either a scam or a bottom feeder debt collection company with no qualms of violating the FDCPA.

Taped caller claimed to be representing a mediation firm concerning a debt currently owned by Allegiant Capital Recovery Services, LLC., the original owner being a Cash Store location in Illinois. We paid this debt in full 4 years ago. “Mediation Company” didn’t tell me their name and I forgot to ask. They are counting on us to have lost proof of payment.Much of what they told me was true, but 2 of the 3 people I spoke to told me some lies and also rudely ***g up on me.
