Spam message offering to buy a property at an address that I don't own

This caller sent me a text - “Hi, it’s Jay. I drove by [my address in N. Calif.] and I want to know if you’d be interested in selling.” I don’t know a Jay, and why is he driving by my house allegedly when he’s calling from an LA number? How did he correlate my cell # with my physical address? This is beyond weird and is a bit menacing.

Claims to have driven by my house and wants to buy it. Totally a scammer. Did not respond and blocked the number.

I received a text message that identified the contact person as "Jay" who said he drove by my house and wants to buy it and cover all costs. I did not respond and believe it is a scam!

Caller Name: Jay The Text Message I received was from a supposed Real Estate agent that I had done business with. I had no such business deal. This is at minimum a phishing scam or an all out fraud. Beware!
