ARM Collection Agency, supposedly collecting debt for Hollywood Video for late fees. When I asked them to send me a letter do***enting the late fees, they claimed that they already had and that they would not 'waste the postage' on another letter. The little ***** that called infuriated me to the point of wanting to crawl through the phone line and snap his little pencil neck. I think this is a scam and I want blood. Who's with me?
