I just called it back and blocked my number. It's some type of "fundraiser" corporation by the name of RuffaloCody. This has shady written all over it. You have an option to leave a voice mail, so I imagine they get angry calls constantly about the misause of people's phone numbers. I left a voice mail and said to "please stop using my phone number illegally." It's incredibly annoying and invasive. I suggest you do the same.
