Received several phone calls from this number on my cellphone and also called me at work.  Stating that I took a PayDay Loan from Instant Cash Loan, which I haven't used them and that I didn't repay them.  A lawsuit is being filed a***nst me in the State of California and that they needed my attorney's name so that they could send do***entation to about the lawsuit.  Told them that this is a bunch of **** and they need to stop calling me.  I couldn't even understand the party on the other end and demanded that they put someone on the phone that could speak English.

They keep calling saying I am part of a "criminal investigation" but when you try to call them back no one answers.

They called my cell phone threatening a law suit because they claimed I took a loan that I did not take and didnt pay it back.  They ***g up on me twice when I threatened to filed a law suit a***nst them for having my SSN.
