yes its a BIG SCAM! Call the payday loan folks and tell them. they know you have never had a loan with them. DO NOT PAY!

its a scam for sure! they told me I was going to be arrested at my job and go to federal prison...i called my local police and they said the legal system doesnt work that way and not to buy into any bs. go get a lawyer and make sure these ****ers get justice!

hi fernie1979I also got the call from them a guy named Steve Clark. Saying he's a paralegal and that I have 10 counts, and a fraud of a bank. I also do have a payday loan that I didnt pay but even that company isnt calling me and harrassing me. they threatned me and said I would have to appear in court and they wouldnt give me any proof either. i got scared cuz they have my linsence # I thought I would have a warrant a***nst me I;ve never appeared before a judge so i got scared. I gave my information,. they took out 376, then 293 after just 2 payments of it. theyre number is 909 ******98. i tried calling recently just because I had a feeling about so****ing. and they never answered the phone so i called my bank and filled a dispute. I will get a lawyer so they can help me figure this thing out if indeed i will be satifactory with the loan I owe I have no problem in paying it but I hope its not a scam. cuz that means they ****ed me dry of 1,253 =(

Caller was male and very abusive.  Demanded payment of a non existing debt.  Personal information he provided was not accurate. He was calling on behalf of Cash Advance USA claiming I owed money from a defaulted loan.  No such loan was ever made.  How can these calls be stopped?

I got this call this morning(6:45am) from American Law Division from a **** named kevin lee not only was he rude and yelled at me and ***g on me several times.  He states that he works on behalf of cash advance usa. says there is a judgement a***nst me and 3 counts of charges that include check fraud.  Yes I took out a online loan 1 time paid in full as far as I know. I have not been contacted nor is it on my credit report. He would not give me information to validate the debt and said his client will forward it to the courts and then me and an attorney can figure it out from there after requesting for do***entation. He claims the debt is $725.68.  As this is the fourth one of these calls and claims I have gotten, I am not paying it due to them refusing to give me proof.  I have paid for 3 of these allegded cases 2 from normal talking friendly people and 1 from a rude hardly spoke any english foreign accent guy.  I feel ****** that I even paid any of them.  I guess thats 2000.00 my family could have really used and was stolen fraudulantly
