i got a call from this number 10/19/10 its was a middle eastern guy who said his name was "stephen wright" (yeah right) and that i better call him back or all he can say is "good luck" and so****ing else about the "situation that will unfold on me".

Did you sign up for a payday loan? I did, and these people called me accusing me of Fraud, stating that they had depositted the money into my account and I never paid it back. I never received a penny, as the payday loan APR% seemed outrageous to me. This is just a person who has somehow stolen your contact information from this loan application; and he WILL call your references and tell them you are being charged with fraud!!
