Called at 9:10 am (Central Time) Felt it was spam and did not answer, did not leave voicemail

Called my landline. I'm on Do Not Call. Soundes like a recorded message, Lady with some credit card speil. Asking to press 1 to handle credit card problems or 2 for a real person. I chose 2. I asked why they were calling me. Some guy said "To handle your credit card problems." I replied "I have no credit cards why are you calling me." I was promptly ***g up on. When trying to call back for over an hour it was busy. I gave up. I couldn't even ask to be on their do not call list.

They called to lower rates and were giving me my "final" notice. They didn't identify what bank. I'm guessing that they are trying to find somebody willing to provide all of their information so that they can steal iden***ies. Likely not even in ****o... or California... or even the US. Run fast and far from this number!

Called and I answered. They were trying to offer lower rates on credit cards. I asked questions on what cards and they rattled off visa, Amex, MasterCard and a few others and when I s****ed asking more questions they ***g up on me. I called back and received a busy signal.
