called my phone and when i didn't answer they immediately called my wife's phone. Did not.leave a message in both cases.

This auto dialer keep calling me 5 times a day and never said anything. It calls me from 8 am to 9pm.

These folks have called 56 times in June 2010 and 46 already this month. We have been keeping records since Jan. 2010. State they are ASC our mortgage lender. We were in court 7/21/10 because they were requesting a summary judgment, which was denied. Our attorney has written them and advised them not to call, and we have told them verbally for months not to call. Our attorney advised to go ahead and get an unlisted number, which I will be requesting later today. This morning (7/22/10) they called at 8:30 and the woman would not give her name-instead she just became very abusive. These people have got to be stopped!

its a bs call. ASC does not have such a number. The number belongs to a mexican in california. You can search the number and it will give you his address. This is a scam!

Funny..just received another call from them just now,5:15pm, a***n no message and I won't pick up..could be a scam..

I've gotten a call from this number for 5 days straight and they never leave a message. I have read from the comments below that it might be a mortgage scam. I too have ASC. I'm going to call them and let them know about this phone number and the misrepresentation.

These people at American Servicing Company are idiots and rude!!!  If you answer they are rude and if you don't...they don't even leave a message, they just call back 2-3 times a day until you answser. And there is not enough room in this msg area to comment about them giving you the runaround if you want to try to modify your loan. They have you get a bunch of information for your modification and then turn around and deny you.  These loan companies are a bunch of bu***hit and the Government bailed them out to help us???? For what???? I hope this one goes bankrupt!

They have been calling my cell phone even though I have called the number to not have solicitors calling it.Every day, usually twice.How are they getting away with this constant harrassment.I finding harrassing specially since they don't say anything so I can tell them to stop calling.

I am on the Do Not Call List & get repeated messages from this number. The recorded message suggests that they are calling regarding my mortgage. I don't have a mortgage. This has got to stop.

Misrepresent themselves in recorded message as our mortgage holder...not true

When I answered an automated voice said "this is ASC, we have important information about your mortgage, please stay on the line..." ASC calling from a '909' number...I dont think so!!

909-658-0918.......when I answer this all I get is "hello" and then dead silence...next a dial tone and the usual message "if you want to make a call----------" can anything be done to stop these calls? I have "do not call"...mike

He said his name is Ernest from American Servicing Company. I do not think this is number for American Servicing Company. I think this is scam. Am I right? Pls advise.

their other number is 800-662-3806 i just found out that they have another #. they are america mortgage servicing co. asked for last four digits of my SS# and also my loan# do not tell anyone your SS# that calls you. the 909-658-0918 is out of california.

Everytime they call and I pick up, they never answer. It gets extremely annoying.
