I just received a call from this phone number today... They called my work!! I called the number back and he had ALL of my personal information!! He said I took out an online loan and never paid it...I DO NOT DO ANY FINANCIAL BUSINESS ONLINE!!  He threatened me with my job!, my Family!! and my freedom!!! Where the heck do they get my info from??

Just got the same call and left this return phone number from an Indian accent man about an ex-husband saying he's involved in a financial fraud scandal.  If I don't have him call this guy, I could be involved.

Got a call yes****ay and today from them but I missed them both.  Same guy, what an idiot.  Wish I had answered since I do legal work for a collection agency.  How fund that be...idiots.

I just got the same call you all are describing. This was from Office David (blank). This man had a heavy Indian accent too. The number he noted in the threatening message is 909-752-3052. We have caller ID at work and the number listed is 1023 which does not help at all.Thank you ALL for reporting your concerns as well. So****ing needs to be done about these bogus bullies!

I received a threatening phone call from 909-752-3052 saying he was with the Dept of Law and Investigation, name:  Officer Bruce Crawford.   He called my cell phone and work.   I looked up a reverse number and it did not come up.  I checked all the law enforcements, FBI, any office in the 909 area code and this number did not come up.   I will not contact them.   I did get a payday loan and someone put erroneous checks through my account taking money and costing me a lot in bank fees.   I had to close the account because of losing money.

I decided to look this number up on the internet and by reading all the above, I did not bother to call him back.  This guy had a thick Indian accent, very threatening, intimidating, and threatened that if I did not call him back, he wished me good luck as to what can happen to me!  He said he was from the Department of Law and Investigation.  Please, I hope someone in law enforcement is looking into this!!!

This same number called my work and left a detailed message. The person, who left a message, said "My name is Officer Gary Thompson. I am from the Department of Law Investigation..." When I called back, I question the guy, who had a thick Indian accent and there was an echo on the phone. He told me he was out of California. He also told me that his company is bonded by all federal governments, court systems etc. He informed me he was hired by Cash Net Marketing which is a huge company with US National Banks.  I informed him to no longer call me at work or anywhere else since I do not have an account nor did I ever have an account with US National Bank. Then I ***g up....hopefully, he will no longer harass me at work which could cost me my job.

I received a call and they had my ssn stating fraud on a payday loan which I know I paid. I'm very concerned how did they get my ssn.

I have received several calls from these type of people. When I refused to give them my information they actually called my work & harassed my 2 bosse's & the HR people. They tried telling us that they were with the FBI out of Florida. I actually called the Tampa Bay FBI office & filed a report. The FBI has a file on these people. They are calling from outside the U.S.A. &  the agent I spoke with stated to tell them to come & get me because the FBI does not make a habit of doing collections.When they called back I stated that I reported thier # and name to the FBI & Homeland security. They just **** up & I haven't heard back from them.

My boyfriend got a call from this number. The guy is just as described in the above messages. Had my bf upset with what all he was telling him and the "law and investigation" guy even called a reference number that was used on a payday loan. Is there a place that his number can be reported and shut down...or the guy arrested?

I got a call from Officer Davis Love stating that he was from Dept of Law and investigation it's in my best interest that I call in back or else I would be posting bail.  I called back several times and the line was busy. When I did get an answer I ask the gentlemen what company is dis and he stated that he wasn't going to give me the name or address.  He ask me what number did I call you on and I said if you call me you should no already and I ***g up and call back later and got a busy signal.

got a call from this number today also, got let a message by some indian/**** stating that she is officer Janet Smith lol, calling me from law and investigationBeware Scam!!!

I received a call from an "Officer Rick Johnson" making the same threats as posted by others.  5 days later, he called a***n, saying he hadn't received my fax...I contacted the police department and was told to just **** up on these calls because they are in CA with a PA fax #, which is probably just a # they have paid to use for caller ID purposes.  This company claims I took out a payday loan in Dec. 2009 and didn't pay it back.  I did NOT take out a payday loan last Dec.

I got the same phone call to they knew all my personal information and even my mothers name, they were telling me that i was going to be put behind bars and I s****ed yelling at them and he threatened to have them come to my home and lock me up and he was gonna have to case go to court. I shouldnt be worried about this should I cause Im still in high school and I dont know really what they are talking about i do know that they have my social security number and my home address?

I too got a phone call from this number. The guy had a very thick india accent and said his name was officer ***d or Bob and that he was calling from the fraud division. There was a lot of noise in the backgraound. He told me I needed to call him back asap or they were going to download a file a***nst me tomorrow morning. I have had these phone calls before so I ***g up. They are a scam into scaring you into paying money over the phone. Don't beleive these people they are crooks. And why are they supposedly calling from calif and I don't even live there!

This company claims to be an investigation compnay working on behalf of payday loans. They are rude, and make threats to take you to prison, and will cause you to loose your job. They also threaten to contact your work and try to come after you that way. They are a scam regardless of the line they tell you. They will not tell you any information about their location, or their other contact numbers. If you try to call them back they sometimes answer and sometimes do not. I called them from a different phone number and the first thing they want is the phone numberer they called you at. I spoke to the payday loan company and they advised me they are a scam and this agency will not do any of the things they say they will do. I also opened a file with the local law enforcement agency.

I had the same call today as well as yes****ay. The want you to fax them all your personal information, and a statement saying that you will not dispute the claim after they recieve it. They are very persistant, and threaten you with jail, or prison ,or say you should prepare to loose your job. When I confronted them on being a scam company they began to get very angry. I did call them back to find out were they are located and what the address of their company was. They became enraged and ***g up on me and all they said was do not call this number a***n. According to the company that I spoke to they never turned any information over to this ACS company, and would nverer do that. The call stemed from an unpaid debt to a payday loan company that was paid in full which is the company I contacted. They advised me that this is a fraud and do not give them any personal information. There is an open case I have filed with local law enforcement to look into the matter.

FRAUD OR SCAM IS EXACTLY WHAT THIS IS PAY THEM NO MIND AND DO NOT CALL THEM BACK IT WILL JUST ARROUSE THEIR INTEREST IN YOU

Just received a call from someone with a heavy Indian accent saying they were from some dept of law. This woman asked me to hold for a lawyer because there was a fraud case a***nst me. After a few seconds of a lot of noise a man by the name of Gary Thompson come on. He indicated that he was a chief investigator and that I needed to settle a fraud claim a***nst me. This happened to me before so I ***g up.
