This caller has called my home at least 40 times in the past week and a half. Always ****s up after second "hello?" or sits on the line for a few seconds before ****ing up.I did call back, but never got anyone to answer or get message saying inbox full. Sometimes, phone has busy signal or rings endlessly.

I have been receiving calls from 9103541795 for about 3 months and I am over it. Why is this number allowed to do what it is doing??

This makes the third or fourth time they have called me.  I called back and the line was busy.  I tried a***n and it rang and rang.  I answered it at first and said "hello"..they just ***g up.  It comes up as Fayetteville, NC on my caller ID.

I have also received numerous "**** up" calls from this number. However today i was in a back room cleaning when this number called.( It always seems to call at times you would be gone to pick children up from school or so****ing like that.) I walk to the front to answer the phone and another **** up. Then I look outside and see 3 vehicles pulling away from my house. A white sedan, red truck and an unknown. It unfortunately happened too fast for me to see the third. Do not dismiss  the reports of people wat****g you. i have had a group of people wat****g my house for a few months now and This number seems to be an ongoing "prank or **** up".

this number is on my caller ID and they **** up when I answer.  I tried calling it back and it disconnects after a few rings.

I think that your a bit paranoid. really. Lots of others have received a call from this number, including myself. I just don't answer calls from ANY number/name I don't know or recognize. It solves my problems of having to deal with someones idiocy. The guy was probably waiting for a ride or so****ing. What you need to feel safe is an alarm system, dogs and a couple of weapons(****gun/handgun/ and a knife within reach of the bed and doors) I tell ya It makes me feel a bit more secure. no one would get within 10 feet of us in this house without being seriously injured. Also usually if a thief is smart enough to call you before they break in, to make sure that no one is there, they will not be ****** enough to use their cell phones and walk around so that just anyone can see them. They usually dont care if someone is home or not, hence the word CRIMINAL.

Theyr'e still at it apparantly, got a call at 12:38pm Sunday 7/25/2010.  Silence on the other end.  But about 30 minutes before as I was leaving I saw an unknown man standing in my next door neighbor's yard talking on a cell phone when he noticed me wat****g he moved from the yard to the street.  I drove around the block and he was still there.  Could someone be "scoping out" the neighborhood for break-ins, calling to be sure no one is home?

WOW This is so weird. Just like "mike" the call came in at 2pm on the dot. A male voice said"and you answered..." Then ***g up. Creepy. I never tried calling the number back. I did a look up on yellowpages, says its from Fayetteville NC, a Land Line

Got a call from 910 354 1795 July 7, 2010 at 2:55 pm.  Male voice said it was the North Carolina Firefighters .  Lots of background chatter.  Probably soliciting funds.

This calller called ***g up and Childish and pathetic.

Got the same call, at 2pm on the dot. Answered and no one was there. Called back it was busy, called a***n and it kept ringing with no answer.

Same as Roger, after 3 rings, ***g up. Left no message. White pages reverse said it came from Fayetteville, NC. I'm about 40 miles away.

Just like a previous report, when I answered the phone, they asked for 'Helen' and when I said 'speaking' they ***g up. There was alot of background chatter, like it was a phone center.

Someone called from this number. My boyfriend answered and was asking who he was very rudely. I called and no answer.

I got a call from this number too. They ***g up when I answered. When I called back it just rang, no voicemail picked up.

Asked for me by name and then line disconnected. I redialed the number, it continued to ring several times with no answer.
