Several family members received the same text message from this Sean/name claiming interest in buying heir foreclosure property. Neither of us responded to this fradulent number.

Claimed that an old friend’s house was going into foreclosure and if I knew how to get in touch with him

Stated family member's home was going to be foreclosed upon then asked if they would be open to selling. Texted anyone with the same last name with the same false message. Even went as far to contacting people via facebook to "check their texts".

Caller called me by name, stated he was doing work on a house on my street, which he knew by name, and asked if myself and my husband(a***n by name) were interested in selling our house. He knew both our names and our address. I only said no, but wish I would have asked for more information.
