Then lies about getting a new meter in order to get your personal information, especially your Social Security number. He's been doing this. He need to be stopped. He is calling from a New Cingular Wireless PCS, LLC-Ga phone. He lives in the area of Southern Pines, North Carolina. I'm trying to get him reported to the right person. He should be in jail.
