The same 'Agent' the original text was to go to in the first place. Anyway, as BeenVerified found nothing, I wanted to put this out for people to at least see my experience.

Asked to send text to this number to claiming agent James Smith. Number shows in a doctor's office and then beside it crossed out with their real number then lister. Also listed and crossed of in an obituary! It is word of mouth. My aunt told me. "Tell him a friend of mine just told me about it and I want to apply as well. "
