My office gets calls 3 to 4 times daily form this number.  When the phone is answered after  someone says "Hello" there is a disconnect.  Not only is it annoying it ties up lines.  Who are these people?  It is  as if they are checking to see if someone is in or trying to validate out number.

Telemarketer called to ask me to "update my super pages" listing. They call me every day. Sometimes they say they are the "yellow pages" sometimes "super pages", etc. I can't get them to stop. Once they identify themselves, I always say "please take me off your call list". But they never do. I get relentless calls daily. I also had one woman berate me on the phone saying I was "not understanding what she was doing".
