(912) 344-9400

I have before gotton calls from the 912 344 9400 number. And now it has showed up a***n. They way this number has been used is it shows up on my Call ID when someone I know is calling me and this number shows instead of my friends. I'm not sure what to do about it.

I have been receiving calls showing up as this number for about a year. I was talking to someone, who called me from an entirely different area code and number, and the 344-9400 showed up on my caller ID. I am not receiving scam calls, telling me anything, as some of the people who have reported on this web site have stated. This number is showing up on my ID when the actual calling number is totally different. It causes a real problem, because then I do not have the real number of the person I was talking to.

In response to Michael's post, I would not say that ALL 912-344-**** numbers are part of Armstrong. I have a cell phone through AT&T and my number is 912-344-****. It is definitely NOT part of Armstrong! (at least I do not think lol, since I have NOTHING to do with them.) Anyways, this same number (9400) one keeps calling. First my ex calls from it and now I've been getting calls from it nonstop. I would like to know why. :/

I received a call from some man with a foreign accent, which is very typical from these people. The man verified if it was me, Tonya, he was speaking to. I told him yes, so he asked if I could hold so he could get his officer because he was calling from Financial Crimes, etc. I immediately ***g up the phone. They called back and I asked them not to call my number a***n, although he was still trying to speak to me but I ***g up the phone a***n. These people's games are getting very old now. This is probably the 20th call I received in the past two years from foreign speaking so called bill collectors. I used to entertain them and almost fell for the trap but I have got wiser. They will threaten you, but will NEVER and can NEVER do anything to you, no matter what they say. Their tactics may sound frieghtening but it's all a big JOKE to get your money.

it was a friend from ****a---the only thing I can guess is that he was using a calling card...IDK

Bitte ruf nie solche nummern zurück. da kann praktisch jeder dahinter stecken. wenn die nummer nicht deutsch aussieht, wird sie praktisch auch nicht deutsch sein. wer was von dir will, wird einen anderen weg finden, dich zu kontaktieren. solche nummern rufe ich prinzipiell nicht zurück. lass dich also von deiner neugier nicht täuschen. es ist da besser, nicht neugierig zu sein, oder schalt halt nen AB davor. keine ahnung. ich nehm bei sowas prinzipiell nicht ab. komi********halt, dass ich heute, als ich mich bei einigen personalvermittlungen beworben haben, direkt so nen anruf kam und ich das hier fand. gute nacht deutschland und datenschutz, sag ich da nur.

hi Law,thx for the info. i got a call from hat number today, too: 91247111346i did a lot of applications today online. and one company was strange but i did email also... i guess the call then is from them: http://www.elanit.com/i only guess, i dont know for 100 %. hope this helps, im from germany and elanit was listet in google under "personalvermittlung koeln" (if any german reads that). always, if i dont know the telephone number or it doesnt seem a german number, i never put up the phone. once i had a terror phoning problem too. it was the "Telekom Kundenrückgewinnung****line".once i put up the phone and said no thx to them. they called a***n few days after, then i said, pls never call me a***n and they never did. but this telephon number today was really strange.

Calling time is c****ing (8 am, 11pm, during the day while I am at work...).I always missed their call and never tried to call back, because - who the f.... are they??????Is this a German number??? Please spread this. It's important that people are educated on this scam as it has begun to become popular. This particular group began in 2007. The have used over a ***dred different phone numbers and at least a dozen different company/agency names. I will list a few below. They are from Asia Pacific and have never even stepped foot on American soil. However, they are terrorizing and scamming Americans out of their money. Even if you did have a payday loan and have not paid it back, they are not authorized to collect that debt. They claim that they work for/with Cashnet, however they do not. They have an inside source in which they paid for applicant's information that has been submitted for loans. So whether you applied for a loan and never got it, or if you applied and did get it, your information has been sold to these scam artists. DO NOT PAY THEM, and do not entertain them. Once they feel that they've scared you, they target you. If they conclude that they won't be getting any money from you, they drop you and move on to the next target. I hope this information helps. I've been investigating this group for quite some time now and thanks to these posts I'm able to continue tracking them. This harassing 912-344-9400 call my house from 6am to 11pm the past 4 days. Have contacted the Federal Trade Commission at 1-877-382-4357 to file complaint a***st this company. RC Trucking. They do not answer when u pick up and will not answer when you call. They also call back immediately with a number stated as unknown.

Ok so I've had this number come up from several people. Some are friends and some collection agencies looking for someone that doesn't live here. Not sure why they show as the same #.

These people are driving me crazy. The number calls all the time and never leaves a message....DO so****ing to stop them!

THE CALLER ID SAID "RC TRUCKING" BUT THEY LEFT NO MESSAGE. SINCE I WAS EXPECTING A DELIVERY, I TRIED TO CALL THEM BACK BUT NO ANSWER AND NO ANSWERING MA****E. SO I LOOKED UP RC TRUCKING ONLINE AND THIS IS NOT THEIR NUMBER.

They keep calling leave no msg.

This number belongs exclusively to Armstrong Atlantic State University (all 912-344-**** numbers do). They just had a new phone system installed, and I believe this number belongs to the CIS department.

They keep calling me.

This number has been on my caller ID EVERY day for the last three months. They never leave a message. The caller ID always says UNKNOWN. I suspect that this is a telemarketer but am not sure. When I call the number back, no one answers.
