She called my cell and I couldn't understand what she was saying. I asked her who she was and she said that she was with Verizon. She asked me if my husband knew if our cell phone contract was up for renewal. I told her that he does. They don't need to call and tell us this! We get e-mails daily as well as other do***ents.

Got a call from a verizon sales rep stating he would be sending coupons in the mail for a free phone upgrade. I don't need coupons to get a free upgrade. And I resent having to answer a call from a sales rep. If you having coupons to send to me, just send them already!!!!

Verizon Wireless Product Sales Rep called. I didn't answer, since I didn't recognize the area code or number. He left me a message indicating that he was mailing me coupons to be used towards purchasing a new phone. It's bad enought that businesses call your home phone in the evenings when you're trying to enjoy the very little family time you have; but now they're calling your cell phone during the day when you're trying to work!!
