Said there was a civil complaint against my husband. Left a voice mail. I called back and she tried threats. And said she needed to talk to my husband. After I told her she wasn't going to get any information from either of us.. she then hung up. I searched her name and phone number and found she was scamming

Don’t give in to their threats! They are scammers! Also if someone comes to your door don’t answer it unless someone is with you! If they try to serve you with a fake subpoena! Call your local police department and see if you can see what kind of car they are driving and if you can take any pictures of the person with your phone and see if you can get a tag number when they are driving away! Further more if you can set up an appointment with them have the police waiting there with you!!!

They are scammers and they won’t stop! I’ve handed over all my info to the FBI! ( it’s nice to know people that can help! They’re trying to shut them down! The best you can do is report the number! They will call from all over from different numbers!!! If you happen to answer keep them on the line!!! Also I’ve been told to alert your local law enforcement and see if they can help you set up your phone so they can track these people down with an address! They think they are smarter then the law!!! They aren’t! They are about to find a jail cell waiting with their name on it!!!

I’ve been receiving call after call from this number also claiming there’s a case filed against me wanting money to settle out of court before I’m served! Called my attorney and it’s a fake case number! I’m sooooo ****ed of they have my home address and SS number or at least the last 4 digits! They tried from another number the other day and keep leaving me threatening messages that I’m going to be served and if I don’t come up with a settlement they will have me arrested!!!! I’m mad as **** because these s***bags can’t be traced! But they know everything about you!!!

I got the same thing on a call under this number stating I got civi complaints against me

Left a message, providing my name and the last 4 of my SSN, claiming a civil complaint has been filed in motion to be filed against me, provided me a case number. However, no papers served, no name of the company just a call back number.
