I received a text asking if this was still my number. They knew my first name. I asked who is this and no response back.

The same thing happened to me. Asked if this was me and still my phone number but the weird thing is that my phone number isn’t listed in my name, it’s my business name. They asked directly for me. Weird

Same thing just happened to me. It says: Hey, is this **** phone number? No 's after my name!!

Spam text, wouldn't answer a call back and they are unknown to me.

TEXED ME WITH MY FIRST NAME ASKING IF WAS MY NUMBER.. DID NOT REPLY YES.. CALLED NUMBER AND AUTOMATICALLY DISCONNECTS

Three times, one after another I rec'd a text asking if this is X phone number.

I also blocked this # Sent me a text asking the same ?s as above comments. So sick of these people. They need to be put in jail if ever caught.

Husband got a text asking “hey, is this still (NAME) phone number?” They didn’t reply and when we tried to call it didn’t even ring.

Called number no ring and they also don’t respond back to your text. I feel like this is a new scam for 2020

I got the same text as the others. I blocked without replying. If they’re unsure of who they’re calling, they’re looking to scam. If you say “yes” it will probably be used as permission to some fraudulent **** just like the “Can you hear me?” scam awhile back.
