They call my cell phone and when I don't answer, they send a text message that says it comes from my phone??? In the message area, it just says "913-323-8300." I sent a text message back asking, "who is this?" It didn't go anywhere. It's set up somehow so it looks as if I'm sending myself a text. I don't know who these people are. When I looked up the number, it says that it's a collection agency for Citibank. I don't now nor have I ever had a Citibank account. LEAVE ME ALONE LOSERS!!!!!!!!!!!!

I got a call from them that called me by a name I used as a kid.  I don't know how they got that name.  The man wouldn't tell me what he wanted and I said I wouldn't talk unless I knew what he wanted.  I ***g up.  He calls back and I did not answer the phone.  What is this company anyway?
