No name given- just a toll free phone number

This is a collection agency called "United Recovery Services". They are based out of  Houston, Texas and they use local call routing to make the  call from them appear to be local when in fact they are calling from Texas. Depending on how they s**** the local digits for caller id this may be illegal, but at they very least it is unethical. Then a***n, since when have collection agencies ever been worried about ethics?

Who is this?  They called my Mother-In-Law and told her "everything has been approved and ready to go".  She just moved a couple of months ago from another state, and I have not talked to anyone about anything that needs to be 'approved'.  Why would they call her and not me?

This number calls on my cell phone and I don't know who it is or how they got my cell number.

keeps calling

have called other members of my family but only on our cell phone numbers

never leaves message- have no idea who they are calls three and four times a day

I keep receiving calls from this number.  I tell them they have the wrong number, but keep calling.  Weirdly, though the area code is 913, it list as Kansas City, MO
