Leave a Commentwell i actually found 5 different phone numbers on both my home phone for world financial. i was 2 weeks late on my hsn bill. what is disturbing is that they never leave a message or answer when you call or answer the phone. i reported the number as abuse. i do know from going to the fcc complaint site that creditors are allowed to call you, but i dont know if how they go about it is prohibited. they called at least 20 times yes****ay and i feel that one call with a voice message would have been sufficient. i would suggest that you all file a complaint with the fcc...takes only a few minutes. i dont think that phone harassment is allowed wether you owe money or not. the manner of not identifying who they are, and not answering may fall under some sort of violation
They actually called me at 8:30 on a Sunday morning! The bank should not be calling you on the weekends or so early. They give these credit cards to people who they know can't afford the payments and then attach on ridiculous amounts of money in late fees and finance charges. It is the best scam ever. Don't get the cards from any of their stores. So far I have heard--Victoria's Secret, Ashley Stewart, Spiegel, Abercrombie & Fitch, Express, HSN, West Elm, Eddie Bauer,Z Gallerie,****tery Barn J.Crew, New York & Company, Lane Bryant, Catherine's. Always check with the store before you sign up for their credit cards. DON'T GET ANY CARDS WITH WORLD FINANCIAL NATIONAL BANK. They go through this as well---http://alliancedata.com/. They have the nerve to have a Facebook page.
These people keep calling my cell phone and I know I do not have an account with them my cell phone is new and new # so they should not have this # at all. This is very annoying. How can I get them to stop calling?
I too live in a different state from that where the call originated. No message was left; therefore, i saw no need in responding to it, thinking it was likely a telemarketing call. After they were relentless with their calls (multiple times a day, litterally morning noon and night), I began to investigate to find that it IS a legitimate organization "world financial network". They are a credit card company affilliated with many different retail stores; LL Bean, HSN, etc. My experience with them was VERY mixed. On one hand, they helped to bring to light a billing error that occured with my HSN card. It was indeed an error and I was not responsible for any debt, yet because the charge showed up on the card they were very rude (honestly, aggressive and mean are more accurate adjectives...) about collecting what they thought was due.Luckily, a representative from HSN (NOT the credit card company) was on the line with me the entire time while talking to the credit card company. Her name was ******ia and she was WONDERFUL! After her active involvement in the discussion with the credit card company (and she REALLY had to advocate for me - the credit card company did not make it easy!!), the issue was resolved.SO, to summarize, the number you are receiving calls from is a credit card company. There is likely a legitimate issue that needs to be addressed, however, BE PREPARED FOR A ROUGH RIDE!!! I will continue to shop HSN when I need to, but I will not be using the credit card company that they are affilliated with. In fact, my HSN rep told me she would be filing a greivance with World Financial Network as she was very disappointed in how they treated HSN customers.

why do they get away with this, there are enough complaints they call when ever s****ing at 8 a. m. mostly and keep calling I had to get another phone its bull, and they have other sets of numbers they use but same people?
Receiving hostile calls from WFNB credit collections department regarding payment of bills for two accounts I have with them. They call early on Sa****ay and Sundat mornings. They do not even check their computers to discern that payments have been made. They follow a very rote script and are not open to the fact that they do not have the most up date information regarding your account.
They call me 20-30 times a day and I have no idea who they are
harrasment call for 30 x
Annoying repeat caller. Cannot find out who it is or what they want and I don;t want to know. I never do business with phone soliciters. NEVER.
They s**** calling at 8:30 a.m. and don't stop until 9:00 p.m. I do not owe any debt collectors and they never leave a message and I have called them and told them to stop. It's a variety of stores credit card I believe, WFNNB. They are really driving me nuts. I come home and have 17 **** ups from them and they NEVER leave a message. Make them stop, PLEASE!
I just got this phone and its a prepaid, these people are scam artist and what ever company it is supposed to be should be notified at their main office which would more than likely be a 800 number. If they call me a***n ill show them what someone can do who has been around the net since it was populated by 2800 baud dailup users
This number has called me a half dozen times and no one leaves a message. When I call the number back its some automated system from World Financial Bank. They use several different numbers and have used about three numbers to call my cell phone. I'm really tired of these phone calls!!
Calls 5 or 6 times a day
It's the Limited inc. telling us to pay our bills lol!
Legitimate or not, that's fine and dandy. But I called them back and told them that I just got the phone yes****ay (it's the truth). Today alone, I have gotten a dozen calls from various numbers and it's all the same people. I told them that I JUST got the phone and they said, "Do you know a Laura?" I said, that a Laura may have owned the number before me, but a***n, I just got the phone yes****ay. I am still getting calls.
These people keep calling 11 pm, 8am in the morning and told them to stop calling and they said there is no phone list and they can keep calling whenever they want. They are rude and don't care and will not tell me what they are calling about.
Yes, it turns out it IS a valid number. It's the bank****ociated with Express, Victoria's Secret and about 10 other stores. They don't leave messages, which is annoying and makes you think it's spam. I just called them and out of the automated list of stores I did have an account with one of them, Express. I went to the Express Website Credit card page and it does show that World Financial Network Bank is their bank. And it also turns out that Express had my address wrong and so I never got a statement from them and my payment is overdue. So yeah, it's real, and all the other calls you're probably getting at different numbers all saying they're from WFNNB are real. So just call them back and make your payment and all will be well.
We are constantly getting nailed from 913-563-5524 and a companion 303-255-5173.We have no accounts with companies represented by either of these numbers and no overdue bills. This is pretty much just harrassment.
will not stop calling
It's the World Financial Network National Bank (WFNNB). If you get a call from them a billion times a day (like I frequently do), it means your Limited, Express, or Victoria's Secret bill is overdue (or another retailer affiliated with WFNNB).I HATE that they feel it necessary to call me so often without leaving a message, but it's my own fault for not paying my bill ontime.Does anyone know why they call from both 913-563-5524 AND 303-255-5075? Can't they just use one number and leave it at that?
It's not really a "spam" number... But what ****es me off is I've paid my bill in full... TWICE... And they say I still owe, and when I show them my bank records they say they never received the payments. Anyone else having this problem?
It's the World Financial Network National Bank, WFNNB. They're calling about paying overdue bills. From retails stores like Express. If you pay your bill, they will stop calling. It is a legit phone call. If you speak to them, they will help you set up a payment plan if you need to.
This number called with no message. No idea who it is- called 4 times today.
