they really bug u about the money

call, when  I answer wants me to hold on and my call will be answered.

I guess this is Trugreen calling based on the information provided by this Caller ID information.  I cancelled my service with Trugreen several weeks ago BECAUSE my lawn looks worse than when I hired them 1+ years ago.  They have had 15 months and approximately $47 per month plus aeration ($100ish) or $800 to get my 3 year old Bermuda grass lawn looking great.  No one bothered to return my calls until my second call to cancel.  Now they want my business back and will give me a free application.I have more ****s now that 15 months ago and large patches in the back yard and one side of the yard that is entirely grassless.  They want their last month's $47  - are they kidding.  I took photos this morning and will send them to their immpecable "Customer Service" representative "Casey" and some other nameless man who had no clue what kind of lawn issue I was having and just wanted me to continue my service and get one free month.Personally, for $800, I should have the best looking lawn in ***ming, Georgia.  There shouldn't be a **** for miles.  Doesn't TruGreen **** , feed and aerate???As a side note:  my family in Orlando, Florida accepted Trugreen's offer to ****, feed and aerate.  They fire they as well - ****ed all their new fescue sod!

That number is from TruGreen. I have been trying to get with them to resolve some issues - payment as well ****py service issues. My front yard is beautiful, but the backyard looks pathetic. looks like they just kept spraying the front yard only and did not bother about the backyard. Also, the people they send to service your lawn are just not at all bothered - no professionalism or dedications. Small things like during sprays, they will not bother if the hose is ****ing my other plants, or leave the fence open. Just cancelling their service.

I have received calls at my place of employment and ****-up calls from TruGreen, even after we asked them not to call.  I don't trust them at all, especially since we have only seen them come to house twice to do service. (there is always someone at my home.) My yard looks like ****. Then finally last week, they came a sprayed so****ing. I drove in from work and could not get into my drive way. The guy was holding the hose across the drive way up in the air, so I had to wait for him. He had earphones on, so I honked. I s****led him, and was prepared to apologize and laugh it off with him.  But he just turned around, gave mea really ***** look, and shrugged his shoulders!  I was so surprised. He just gave me another reason not to like this company.

Just got a call..did not leave a message. Have not recieved any correspondence from Trugreen regarding my account being late...probably because it's not. I will be cancelling my Trugreen service as soon as I get home...my lawn is not worth getting calls on Sa****ay afternoons.

This company is so desperate for business, they call at least 10 times a day

This no. called, left msg, so****ing about my account.  Don't know what they are talking about as I have no outstanding accounts.  Could not understand what company she was talking about.

I have experienced the same type of phone calls from TruGreen as Bill. TruGreen has a collector contact me when I haven't received the invoice. TruGreen obviously has some operating issues. BTW, I have been home on several occasions when the TruGreen technician came to provide a service. I felt so short-c****ed in that there were large areas of the lawn that the technician neglected. I observed this behavior every time I have watched them work on my landscaping but TruGreen is very willing to return and redo the treatment. Lately, I agreed to a dormant oil treatment for the trees. I did not see the technician until he had completed the job and was packing up his equipment. What I saw was that he essentially wet one side of each tree. To be effective, the entire tree must be sprayed down. If the spray does not contact the insects hiding in the bark crevices, the treatment is of no consequence. These guys have insufficient training to perform this task proficiently. Finally, TruGreen is just one other ***nd of ServiceMaster International (aka American Home Shield, Terminex, Merry Maids, AmeriSpec, Furniture Medic, etc.) My experience is that the company is more sales driven than it is motivated to provide the best job possible and give customers fair value for their money! Buyer beware!

Anoying call from 913-624-1568I called TrueGreen and told them if I get a call from this number one more time I will cancel my service. They definately have a problem with their billing cycle. I was told I was 30 days past and I just recieved the bill. This is the third time this has happened and I have only had the service for 4 month. This company will ruin their customer base...

keep getting calls to my cell phone and home number at all hours of the day and night.  When I answer it tells me to wait for the next available operator.  When I see this number now i just don't answer

I got this number calling my phone and it was from True Green Lawn Care.  I guess my auto payment did not go through the day they tried to run my bill so now I'm getting calls from that number with a recording to call a different number.  This number might belong to a third party that helps businesses collect is my guess or just  a auto message to inform you.

This number keeps calling my cell as well.  I never pick it up, don't know who it is.

Never pick up my cell when they call - found it was a KS Line dont know anybody there tried calling back and did not answer
