Yep. it's the Olathe Public Li***ry automated overdue or book notice service.
More than likely it's they automated service that lets you know you have items overdue.
I have been getting a call from 913-752-8795, and my caller ID says it is the Johnson County LI***ry. When I call back, no one answers and there is no answering ma****e. Since I have no answering ma****e on the phone they are calling, I have no messages from them.
