Their tactic is to not repeat the same number. as a result they c****e up numbers very frequently. To coneceal their Iden***y is one of the many deceitful goals along side cat****g their bate.

It IS an Old Navy collections call. I forgot to pay mine, so they kept calling me several times a day...I payed it online just to be sure it wasn't a scam.
