Scam calling about auto insurance payment and how the laws have c****ed. I have already paid for the year,so it was false and they knew nothing about the insurance i was with

Called my cell number and I said "hello" and after a slight delay a woman's voice said "sorry to disturb you, goodbye" but couldn't tell if it was a recorded voice or live.
