Called me about health insurance... annoying.. they call me everyday.

this guy called me in morning and then mentioned that this call is from health insurance provider group. He somehow has my address and phone number. He asked me health info like height, weight, my health insurance being active or not. He took my email id and said he will send quote. After that call I s****ed getting all nuisance calls regarding health insuarnce quotes from following numbers: 407-901-9029, 309-319-9580,510-550-1157. I blocked all their number. Be aware they are spam calls and nuisance.
