Leave a Commentcalled to "supposedly" lower interest on credit cards---these people want you to give them your credit car numbers to use them for their own purchases and have you pay for them. They have a problem with me, as I us NO credit cards! Getting rid of them in 2004 was the best thing I ever did. But telling them your on the Do Not Call list does no good because they use a random access dialer.
******* THAT ASKED TO BE PUT IN JAIL
So this number was on my caller ID when i got home from work.....called it back and got a pre-recorded message that said "Hi you have reached 914-224-8950 I am illegally calling people about a credit card thing so go ahead and leave your message and hopefully maybe by the end of the year I'll be in jail." Got a good laugh!
Spammmmm......
dont answer its spam
Called my land line showing their call as a cell phone. Its a land line also, looking to help with our credit card problems, which we have none. Reported them to the FCC on the FCC web site.
Spam call re: lowering credit card interest rates.
Report this caller as a SLAMMER. 914-224-8950 caller requested my credit card info to 'help' with my credit card problems.
SPAM!!! report their****es!
I get these calls & I don't even have a credit card. What the hay...
National "Do Not Call List" is a national joke.
Can anyone do anything to stop these calls, like I'm gonna do business with someone who shows up, wireless caller.
Spam for sure making me angry
They said that there is a problem with my credit card
I am also on the do not call list and have no idea how they got this number! I am reporting them to FCC, FTC and Pennsylvania Attorney General's Office. I suggest everyone do the same!!
Yes, this is a spam phone call. I have asked them numerous times to stop calling me and to take me off the list. This last time the guy was supposed to transfer me to that department so I could get my name off the list, but once a***n the call just ended, just like that. What's funny is, is I'm on the no call list and I don't have any credit cards. I have explained this to them that I have have no credit cards and pay for everything I want and need with cash only and he's like "yeah right"!!! Well it's true.
Spammer, I am on the do not call list but come to find out they can waste our minutes! YUCK... Delate
It is a spam call to lower interest rates on credit cards, I am on the no call list and I still get these calls. I am getting very tired of it.
I didn't recognize the number, and it was out-of-state. So I sent it to voice mail, thinking it was probably a spammer. Indeed it was. They left me a recorded message on my voice mail offering to "lower my credit card interest rate". I get this very same recorded message frequently, originating from other numbers.
This number was on my emergency use only Tracfone (missed calls list). Because I do not give this number out, it has to be shady; I did not return call.
They keep calling; when I answer it's a message saying "This will be our last courtesy call". OK................ THEN STOP CALLING!!!!!
This phone call is identical to many other calls using different phone numbers with different area codes The content of the recorded message is the same on all of them. I stayed on the line once to talk to a human; They gave the same name that was on the recording as the company they represented; I then asked where they were located and the person ***g-up.
This is not the NRA/Research Center/****** Cancer/Diabetic Supply/Card Services/WIRELESS CALLER/OneTouchDirect calling you from various numbers... It is a scam artist/convict posing as them and hoping to get Billing/ID Theft Information from you... Now days anybody can easily S**** the calling number/name that you see on your Caller ID. They could call you right back after using the NRA name/number using the FBI's name/number. Caller ID can no longer be relied upon to truly ID the caller. Just the same as your email - spam/phishing emails can look like it is from your bank when it really is not. Also just as with email, taking action to ‘remove your number’ will not have any affect other than confirming that they actually have a good number and continue to try and SCAM/Harass you! • This can easily be stopped but requires legislators to clamp down on telecom companies.
Didn't answer. Didn't recognize the number. Did not leave a voice mail.
Refused to take me off their call list, and said they were double their calls because I was wasting their time.
Got a call, didn't answer, didn't leave a message
I didn't offer any answers, which provoked the person to actually say, 'do you think I'm a scammer?" They called me at a number I only share with friends, so I didn't trust the call from the get-go. Definitely scammer/spammer.
There was no greeting. Just an automated message about my credit information.
How do you get s***bags like these off the system. Tryied calling back and they say that the number does not work. How do these idiots get the numbers of non-working pnones to haress us hard working folks. Is there a network out there where we can post these idiot (or are they robot numbers?) numbers from dishonest s***bags?
spammer!, and very rude! Disrespectful, ******!
Recorded message about reducing my credit card balance. Will be last call. Push #1 for agent. Male came on, I said this is the second call in 5 minutes. He became very abusive and s****ed prea****g to me about Jesus.
