Claimed that I owed debts and would be jailed unless I call back.

Same as all the above. Says I have 4 serious allegations a***nst me and will be arrested in 24hrs. Have gotten the same voice mail once a month for 4 months now.

Called and left voicemail stating that there are several allegations a***nst me and have 24 hours to respond. Called from a random phone to see who would answer and the line picked up and dropped immediately.

In "24 working hours" I could be arrested by local police.

Same deal as mentioned above. First part of message was cut off in voicemail but I heard "Headquarters" and said I have 4 serious allegations a***nst me and to contact them in the next "24 working hours" (what does that even mean?) before they apprehend me.
