Got a call this morning from this #. Didn't answer because I didn't recognize the number. Caller ID showed the # without dashes where a name should be. Figured it was a scam call. No message left.
It's for a medical alert. They ask for your medicare number and a credit card. Research shows it is a scam for ID theft
I let it go to answering ma****e, and it said to press "1" for more information about a medical alert system for seniors. I pressed, "1" so I could tell them to remove my number. I spoke to someone and asked him, "What number are you calling?" He immediately ***g up.
