This telemarketer called my number twice early this morning, once @ 2am & then @ 2:08 am. I called back and got a recording saying that if I wanted to be removed from their list to enter my no. I did nor because I thought that it was some sort of a scam. My no. is on the "do not call" list already, what is my recourse so ad to get these people fined for not adhering to the law?
