why do you call so ***king early when people have to sleep?

i got a phone call from this number and the name that it showed up to on my caller ID was FRAT ORD POLICE....um what?

They claim to be from local police looking for donations. When I ask them to send me the literature, they **** up. Be warned.

I got cal no body answer

I answered, saying "Hello." I said it only once, and ***ody talked (the computer hadn't picked up), so I ***g up. This happened twice, today (9/10/2011). After the last time I got one of these calls, from California, I asked the FOP to remove me from their list. So, I don't know if this was a legit call from FOP or just the scammers.

After answering, there was a pause of several seconds, then a voice asked "hello is Greg there" - it sounded like a computer generated voice, but it had my first name right. I said "yeah", there were a series of light click noises, and eventaully the busy tone that indicates that they terminated the call on their end. I'm baffled!
