Hi, I got a call from this number too. What I have concluded was this person/company got my info from a payday loan company I defaulted on. He said I could be facing jail time for fraud, bounced checks and about 3 other things which is complete ****. This is a complete scam. They are using illegal debt collecting practices, so I would think twice about sending this crook any money. I told him to stuff it. What this guy says is so amatuerish and inconsistant, I hope ***oday falls for it. Did you happen to get a payday or two week loan recently?

I've been getting calls to work cell, describing exactly the same thign as the people below have commented on.  Thick Indian accent...same %^&*()  im tired of the calls.

I got a the same call from a man with thick  indian accent  saying his name was  Franklin James from the amerian law division   same as the others  914-373-7097 He, called my work # once and left a message....I s****ed crank calling the # like 10 times in a row. and they blocked my number.. haha I have not gotten a call since

Seriously.....w***ver is calling from this number has called me at least 30 times within the last 20 minutes.  I refuse to talk to telemarketers and I am on the DO NOT CALL list.  I have hit ignore every time they call and it's within seconds that this number calls back.  It's harassment and I will not talk with them!  If they can't speak English then they should not be calling me!

I just received like 30/40 calls from this fool.  No lie.  all on my cell phone. back 2 back, I click ignore and he kept calling back.  I picked up and said "calling the police" ; he called back.  I answered the line didnt say a word he asked for me by name I said NO STOP CALLING!!!!  This is the 2nd SCAM number that is trying to get me w/ these scam pay day loans.  NOT!!!! I went to verizonwireless and BLOCKED that number and he called my work line...OF Course I did not answer.  and he didn't call back....so far.  its only been a few minutes.  I'm sure he will be calling back later or tomorrow (which is sa****ay)...or maybe Monday.  There is no need for me to speak to him I know I don't owe any body's pay day loan co.  If I or any of u owed a company they would have called us when we missed a payment....Just like a bank they dont let u slide by a while and u would know it if u missed a payment...just like any bill u have the company calls u.  Yes****ay I had a female call and say they bought my acct from fast bucks.  I looked fastbucks number up online and called and inquired about if they had me in their records...NO!!  the lady @ fastbucks looked up every way she could think of and NO!!  she was like ma'am I'm sorry we dont have u in our records.  I knew that anyway but I'm glad she said it just the same.

this man called claiming i had taken out a payday and not paid it back and have criminal charges a***nst me..harrasing me at home, cell and work...

This number keeps calling for one of my employees.  It shows up on caller ID s****ing with 05... The name given was John so****ing with a very thick accent.  All the same things mentioned above.  He said he was with the state law division.  I asked which state and he got very defensive.  He kept on about having a claim a***nst this employee and their social security number.  When I kept asking which state, he hollered, "Listen, lady, you have not answered my questions and you need to give this message to ***!"   At that point, I ***g up.  He called back immediately.  He finally answered that he was in NY but could not tell me which government agency he claimed to be with.  He gave me the number 914-373-7097 as his contact number.  I Googled it which brought me here.  Seems like others have the same problem with them...  How do we stop them?  They call here all the time for a couple of employees with the same message and bad at***ude every time!

This number keeps calling me the person has a indian accent and they are trting to collect money from me which they claim I owe them. These people are thieves I'm tired of them waking me up when I'm trying to sleep. So****ing need to be done to stop these people from harrassing people like this and be aware that they call from all different numbers. Thwy call from nubers s****ing with 05 and so on.

I to recevied a call from 914-373-7097 a Jon Bright, he said that I or my attorney of record must call him or he can not guarantee what may unfold on me. PLEASE do not call them back or give them money if you hear from them. They are scammers get on line at the FBI website and report the scam.

He demanded that my attorney of record or I return his call the "very second I receive this message". He stated that it is a extremely time sensitive issue and very urgent. He warned that if my attorney or I choose to ignore the call he can only wish me good luck "as the situation unfolds on you". I then learned he contacted my work, and a friend that I have used as a reference in the past, this morning also. When I googled the number I found a company called US Fast Cash. I have never done business with this company. On their website they have an alert posted stating they are not affiliated with this person.
