I missed the call but when I called back there was a man talking about some police organization asking for funds. No law enforcement agency will ever contact random people to solicit funds. This scam has been going on since the days of wired phone lines.

Same as above. And acted super rude when I asked if I could call back after I made sure it wasn't a scam.
