Pretty sure this is from the Leukemia Society trying to get you to mail out letters to your neighbors.

Tell these people to cut it out. Cancel their phone priveleges or if you have any clout, have them arrested. Had enough.

These people call me more than once each day but never leave a message.  On my caller ID they are identified as "Donor Care Center."  I have reported them twice to donotcall.gov twice and intend to continue reporting them.  Perhaps if enough people report them, they will eventually get the message that their calls have no effect other than to irritate people.
