Grrr, these calls are so pesty that I decided to put the time into sear****g for a way to stop these calls and found a comment for 914-530-2330 that also works for this phone number. Just call 866-246-7196 and give them the caller's phone number to verify it's on their list (which this one is) and the receiving phone number to add to the do not cal list. It's effective as it's been a week and no more calls.
