I have dealt with them and gave them a taste of their own medicine by calling them on numerous occasions and now the so called lawyers have c****ed their numbers. The number they gave me to call is now being answered differently. They are scam artists and report them to FTC, the state general attorney and the attorney general. they are well aware of them and are trying to find them

Just curious if you have heard anything more from Eileen, I received the exact same call as you did but it was on my husbands cell phone.  She demanded that I fax my bank statement for August 2010 or I would face legal action.  I do not have a payday loan but yet they keep calling.  Eileen told me the original amount was $500.00,and it was deposited into my bank account on August 18th, 2010.  I then received a call from Havier saying that Eileen did not receive my bank statement so I asked him a few questions and he stated that my loan was $300.00.  Well today I received a call from a James Parker stating he was from Smith and Davidson lawfirm in Los Angeles CA, this guy left me a voice mail at work stating that I was going to be served tomorrow at work for an unpaid payday loan in the amount of $200.00 that was deposited into my bank account in June, 2010.  I really do not know what is going on but I am going to call my lawyer tomorrow.  Not sure how these people get mixed personal information, they had my husband's cell phone number and email address but they had the last four digits of my ss#, my banks name and my work phone number and address.  Any ideas?

If you have no outstanding debts and if you get such calls......you can send them the bank statement and finish it of....

This same lady called me saying I owe there company $340 in payday loans when I never in my life got a loan, then when I'm telling her I did not she got mad argued me down and then put her so called manager on the phone and he also said the same thing.  Who are these people and why do they keep calling, this has to be a scam!!!

I received the same ladywith an accent, who said if I ignored her call there would be serious legal problems, I have no outstanding loans especiallyinternet loans (zero).  These people are definitely scam artists posing as third party collectors SCAM!!!!

I got the same message today also and i know i have no outstanding debts that i have not communicated with the company. my credit is also clear. what is this?

I received a call today from 662-012-9656 with a return number of 914-614-9088 on my cell phone but also received this same lady at my work stating she was with PayDay Loan Collections and her name is Eileen with a very Indian Accent stating that there was a suit filed a***nst me and don't neglect this message or I will be sorry.  I have only one payday loan out that is in Good Standing and I have talked to them and as usual it is fraud.  It is just like the other fraud calls that are out there except now it is a lady calling.  DO NOT GIVE THEM PEOPLE ANY INFORMATION.  She asked me to fax my bank statement to her and I refused and told her that I had contacted the FTC and the local FBI.  She called me cell phone after that.........I am not ****** I know that if a case has been filed a***nst me that I would receive papers.  She also go very angry when I asked for her to send me this in writing of the valid debt and I would review.
