This company has been calling me for the last few months from an unknown number.  A few weeks ago my boyfriend answered the phone and told them not to call a***n.  I recieved a call from them today and answered the phone.  They proceeded to tell me my full social security number, date of birth, and bank account number.  They told me I recieved a loan for $5000 and they are now suing me for fraud.  They would not tell me the company the loan was from.  I know this loan does not exist AND the particular bank account they were referring to was closed last year.  To be sure, I checked my old bank account and there is no record of this transaction.  Does anyone have more information on this company?  I tried to call the number referenced above but it is a busy signal.  I would like to file a police report. those calls about the payday loans..are scams.. tell them that the FBI is tracing your call!!! TheY will freak out and YOu just say have a nice day and **** up... also contact NAAG AND/OR FBI OR YOUR LOCAL AUTHORITY TO LET THEM KNOW !SAVE THE MESSAGE !!

This guy continues to call our place of business asking to speak to our employees, concerning legal matters and debt collection. He has threaten to come to our facility and arrest these people, but of course never shows up. We have asked him repeatedly to stop calling but to no avail. If anyone knows how we can stop these calls please let me know.

says he is a government agent that is going to arrest me if I don't pay off a payday loan. sent me a loan installment by email with no name or it or no name of who I was supposed to pay. barely speaks English, calls me 4-5 times a day at work and at home.

This Jack Taylor calls me several times a day, barely can speak English, leaves messages with my co-workers saying the same thing about taking action on me.  Will not give me the name of his supposed agency, will not tell me what company I supposedly owe, he emailed me a "loan do***ent" for me to sign with payments, no name on the form, no company where I am supposed to send it to or anything.  iI even paid to join a company that would verify their phone # and I get a Scarsdale NY address, but it is a residential area

Thank you so much, these people are harassing me at work all the time, One's name is Ken Murphy and the other is Jack Taylor.  They can barely speak English and they claim that they are representing a company that I, too, got a loan from, but they won't give me the name.  They are driving me insane and they call 4 and 5 times a day.

Our front office recieved a phone call from the same number 914-721-5053 from a Jack Taylor asking for me.  They told him that I as not there.  Taylor stated to the office clerk that they were planning on suing me if I did not get back in touch with him to pay a debt.  On an average basis someone from this number calls at least three to four times  week. Number one, you NEVER dicuss personal information with the person's co-workers.  If this does not stop, I will take further actions!

I just had a call today about a lawsuit put a***nst me about an online payday loan and they said they were going to settle out of court but would not give me and ammount or let me know what company filed the lawsuit. When I asked them about information about there company that I was going to contact the feds that i was going to check to make sure there credentials checked out, they ***g up on me imediatley. Everyone that has contacted me about this has been arabs.

Yes according to the stories below I have received the same phone call from a man named Adam White and Ivy Foster. There number is 914 721 5053, saying that i have an lawsuit going a***nst me for a loan that i took out in march 2010! They thought that i was going to give them my bank info and also they did call out my last 4 digits of my ssn. Therefore as of today I will report Iden***y thief to both Tarboro, Nc police & also New York Police depts.

My daughter also keeps getting a call from this number, same story as above. Thanks for sharing, I was s****ing to wonder if it was true and just applied to us. I will do as you did "phoneconcern" and report this as well.

I also recieved a call from this number first from a gentleman identifying himself as Rob Matthews and another identifying himself as Ken Murphy.  Both men were very difficult to understand but were attempting to garner credit card and other personal information from me.  I have reported this to the State Attourney General and the FTC.

A man keeps calling saying he is an officer with the legal department and has called my roommates work.  This is very disturbing to me.  I****ume that he got our info when we applied for a loan online.
