call everyday rings 4 times then ****s up
The March of Dimes keeps calling (and waking me up) early in the morning to ask for fundraising help. I am on "Do Not Call" lists.
Caller ID says "March of Dimes". Asks for wife. Now getting calls and no one answers when we pickup.
Showed up as New Rochelle, NY call from this number. The call was blocked by ooma after 2 rings. It appears that this number is on a public black list! Yea!!
S**** CALL made by NCO FINANCIAL which is owned by JP Morgan/Chase. Congress has just made it illegal to use S**** Calls and carries a $10,000 fine per count. Please cont the Federal Trade Commission and you local US Attorney General's Office.
Calls daily for over a month.
