THANKS for who this is and how to get off their list.  We've been receiving the calls for several months at very inappropriate times and two or three times a day.......  Certainly doesn't make me want to donate!!!!!!!!!

We are constantly receiving calls from this number and I believe it to be the March of Dimes.   Since when has this charity given in to harrassing people into contributing???  If anything, they have succeeded in turning me completely off to whatever it is they wish to achieve.   my husband has lost his job and I'm not giving as much as I used to as I'm sure is the case with so many people these days.  Who can I call to stop these annoying calls????

Sometime twice a day and when we answer it goes to dial tone.

These people call everyday at least 3 to 4 times a day and night. I told them to stop and they keep calling. I am on the do not call list.

I called them back and only received #1 option.......how do you get to #3 so I can have my number removed???Thanks

Calls repeatedly and ****s up when you answer

They called back this morning at 8:20 and woke me up after a very late night.   They wanted me to send out mailings to my neighbors.     I was extremely ***ved and not pleasant which I usually try to be with charities.

Call the number back - press "3" - they allow you to enter your phone number and will take you off the list (or so they claim)

I picked up, no answer.

We have gotten multiple calls from this number. There is no one on the line when we answer.

Charities are exempt from the Do Not Call list rules.   Most, however, are good about removing you if you ask.   As it is, I just got a call from them with the intent of asking to be removed (or using the steps mentioned earlier), and ended with a ****-up.   Grrrr.

They call several times a day. We do not answer. I thought the US government has a "no call" list which we put our number on years ago. How can we stop this? It is a shame the real March of Dimes will suffer, no more donations from us.

Annoying calls several times per day, when answered they **** up. I called Qwest, my phone service for a reject call. This number is a telemarketer for a charity, and their number may not be rejected. I will be saving a lot of money due to no more donations to one of my favorite charities. I have been burned and I will not forget it.

The phone rings 3 times, then a ****s up. It does belong to the March of Dimes and as of today --The March of Dimes will never receive another donation!!! These annoying calls have been going on for 4 weeks. I am done with the MOD!!!! 2591

This is the March of Dimes.  I have requested to be removed from their calling list, but instead, I've received even more calls from them.  These people serious call two to three times a DAY!  I have donated in the past, but after this continual harassment, makes you want to stop!

These people call me at least 3 times a day varying at different times - I want them to stop. I am on the Do Not Call List, but obviously this number doesn't fall under the do not call list.

They call everyday, sometimes twice a day, very annoying. We screen our calls so we do not answer. I guess they just don't get it.

Calls many times day and night even though I never answer because caller ID just says MOD. MN has a law prohibiting phone solicitation. Wish they would respect that.

Caller ID says MOD. I get two calls per day, one in morning & one about 3:00 PM. I am elderly and these calls awake me almost daily. CAN SOMEONE GET THEM STOPPED? I will never contribute to march of dimes a***n.

This works !!  This seems to be the standard approach of many fund raising organizations as I have encountered this type of phone system as I have called back the many different fund raising calls we receive.  I s****ed doing this about two weeks ago and have not received any more calls.

This number is, indeed, the March of Dimes.  If you return the call, you will get a recorded message.  Pressing "1" brings up a brief spiel about the March of Dimes's mission, followed by an option (press "3"?) to have your number removed from their calling list (you have to enter the telephone number you want removed).  I have tried this after having received a number of annoying early-morning calls, and I will post here if I receive another call.  If you're receiving repeat calls, it may be worth it to try this.

I kept getting a phone message from 914-740-1893 with the prompter telling me it was MOD.  I have no knowledge of who MOD was until I called the number back.  This is a long distance call, and I think that they should at least leave their correct name, MARCH OF DIMES.  I was doing a campaign for them and was waiting to see if I would get more responses than just 2.  Since they are pressuring me, I will send it in immediately.

The number 914-740-1893 called my house at 814am, isn't that a little early to be calling as a telemarketing call? Not only that, is says MOD for March of Dimes and when you answer they **** up.  My husband works late and sleeps in, luckily I am up and answered it before it woke him today, but they better take our number off the list, especially if they just **** up on you and call so early to wake peope up, That is just RUDE.
