Called my wife’s phone asking for me and asking for tax free money donations. Said they were the national police****ociation

They call asking for "donations" over the phone, but they don't want to offer any legit information on their org. Only care about financial info. It's a fraudulent scam.

Asked for a donation of $25 $35 $50 Transferred me to a woman financial person who asked I committed to an Amount. After I stated I would research the organization when the envelope was mailed to me. She said I had to commit to an amount first and ***g up. I guess it was a scam.
