THE MOMENT YOU SAY YES NO MATTER WHAT THE QUESTION THEY SINGLE OUT THAT PART OF THE CALL AND SIGN YOU UP FOR DIFFERENT THINGS OR DEPENDING ON WHAT INFO YOU GAVE THEM THEY WILL HAVE ACCESS TO YOUR CREDIT CARDS AND ACCOUNT. NEVER SAY YES AFTER ANSWERING THIS TYPE OF CALL NEVER. THEY ALL DO IT ITS ALL THE SAME

Someone said they were from Direct Express and wanted to talk to my sister and they said her name she got on the phone and they asked if she needed a new card we are currently already waiting for one my sister said no and we ***g up.

Asking if we ordered a Direct Express Card ? Asking for my sister by her name and then asking do we need help getting a new card she said no I'm all set and I ***g up.
