BrightHome contacted me as well.  They are a scam.  I have informed my neighbors not to let BrightHome bother with their estimate, audit, sales call, whatever you want to call it.

Hey,I got a call from this company trying to solicit me for an audit... after several calls and price drops i said yes to the audit..... WHAT A MISTAKE!!! They came and did the audit and than proposed $27,000 worth of work that my home needed.  They tried to make me feel guilty that i am hurting the environment, wasting resources etc... in an attempt to get some kind of sale, they s****ed back peddling and offering that i only need to c****e the boiler for $12,000 and could hold off on other stuff.  They kept calling me and dropping the price $300 every time they called.  By the way, the auditor did not even perform the ****er door test which when i questioned the auditor why he didnt perform a ****er door test, he said he did not need to that he already found all the problems with my home.  what a joke.
