This person also asks for my supervisor's fax number so that he can send a subpoena for my information. Complaints have been filed with the FTC and with the Better Business Bureau. Other companies are investigating as well.

This person keeps calling me saying that he has information related to a debt that I supposedly owe, but refuses to provide me with info to determine the validity of the debt, and threatens me with legal action if I do not pay. None of the companies with whom I do/have done business have any connection with him. He has a heavy accent that could be Indian.

Keith Rogers keeps calling my cell phone from this number saying that he is from some legal department and that my name and ss# has a lawsuit a***nst it and he need to call him to resolve it as soon as possible,he sounds arabian.

I received a call from the same people with the exact same story. They had all my informAtion as well. I have contacted the FBI

What did your attorney say? I got the same call and recorded it.  Informed them that after the call I will be taking the recordng to the police he daid do whatever I have to do he will make sure I lose my job and ***g up

they called my job this morning saying they needed to speak with me that i owed them 500.00 for a payday loan i took out from yellowdale.com. i paid off the loan. i called yellowdale and there the ones that told me ITS A SCAM. His name was Alex Cooper and had an arabian (7 eleven clerk) accent.

THE SAME THING HAPPENED TO ME TO0DAY AS WELL THEY CALLED ME AT HOME FORM A 000-000-0000 NUMBER AND AT WORK SAYING THAT I OWE $735.00 FOR A PAY DAY LOAN THAT I DIDNT TAKE OUT. SO ICALLED THE FBI AND REPORTED THEM  FOR FRAUD AND FOR TAKING MY INFORMATION AND I ALSO CALLED THE LOCAL SHERIF AND MADE A REPORT AS WELL. I THINK YOU SHOULD DO THE SAME OR THEY ARE GOING TO KEEP CALLING AND TRYING TO TAKE ARE MONEY.

THEY CALLED MY JOB ALSO AND HE TOLD ME HIS NAME WAS JAMES WILSON BUT IT WAS A INDIAN MAN WITH A VERY STRONG ACCENT AND THEY TOLD BE I OWE THEM MONEY FOR A 300.00 CASH ADVANCE ON AN ACCOUNT THAT I DIDNT EVEN HAVE IN 2009. IT REALLY GOT ME ON EDGE RIGHT NOW

THE SAME THING HAPPEN TO ME TODAY AND THEY CLAIM THAT THEY ARE GOING TO SEND INVESTIGATORS TO MY JOB AND THE HAVE ALL MY JOB INFORMATION

I just had a call from these same people and the number registered with all zeros.  Said I owed money, left the last 4 of my social and ended the call with "God Bless You".  No other details and he had a strong Indian accent.  I have received these calls in the past both on my cell and at work.  They pop up every 3-4 months or so.  I think my personal information is in some database somewhere.  I have reported them everywhere I can but it seems that they keep c****ing their phone number every few months.  The best thing I have found is not to talk to them.  It is a complete scam.

A person from this number just called my home and frighten my grandaughter. She called me at work and gave me the number. I foolishly called the number back and was verbally abused. The exact term was "F--k you b---h!

I remember when I lived in Mesquite I had that same problem and they put a block on it because he was calling the hospital and harrassing everyone. He told me he was from this loan company also but I did take a loan and I paid it off and had all the receipts and everything.

I received a call on 7/12/2010 from a guy saying his name is Charles Watson and that I was under invesigation for a law suit under my social security and address. He said that I needed to call him back at the 9143603200 number and like everyone else it shows up as all zeros. He did not end the call with God Bless but ended it with Thank you.

This company is a joke,  they called and said I owed Advance Cash an online payday loan, I told them I have never taken a loan out with that company. I told them to fax or mail me so****ing showing I owed money and they said they couldnt and for me to just give them my credit card# I told them they sounded like some scam artists and  can you believe the guy said "yes we are"! They ***g and tried calling back and no one would answer.

yes i did the same , they had a foreign accent and just kept saying god bless and have a nice day..and they kept repeating the name to ask for

yes i recieved a call from an indian gentlemen claiming i owed for a pay day loan they did have some of my personal information, but you cant hear them very clear untill the end  of the call when you try to call back the number does not ring... i contacted the attorney general and reported this we need to stop the men from doing this to someone else

Same call here he said he was Julian Marshall and I asked to speak with someone who can speak clearly cuz i had no flippin IDEA what he was saying, first he was ACS then he was Edward He was all over the place so I got ****ed off and he said I am going to ***** you up and put you behind bars I was LIK WATTTT?!?! no he didn't then said 3 police are coming to get me at work LOL *** he had me for a min cuz he had my social and my acct number and everything.. I was ****ed and called the attorney generals number, they just told me to whistle in their ear it does so****ing and that i am not ont he scam report for these fools!

I received a voice message today at work from an Andy Parker with an Middle Eastern voice from ACS with an affidavit from a finance company about to take action a***n my name and SS #  (only providing the last four).  If I want to resolve to call and ask for Andy Parker and ends with have a safe day and ask for Andy Parker.  I forwarded voicemail to my attorney.

Yes****ay i recieved one of these calls for the first time. they called my job which really ****ed me off. good thing my boss is very easy going and understands. anyways i returned their call cause they were rude to my boss. the message was from a mike thomas  and he was a lawyer representing this online payday loan service and that i am being sued for a $300 loan through this online payday company. the whole time speaking to him i could barely understand him because you could tell he was middle eastern and the name he gave was american. that seemed strange but i continued to listen. he said that i had two ways to solve this matter to either pay him $600 over the phone or if i refused i was going to court. the more he talked the more he didn't make sense and the more i caught him in the lie. he called from a new york area code and said i had to go to court in california. i told him i was not doing either and i have bank do***ents to prove those alligations were false and he stated that a bank do***ent was not a legal do***ent. i knew he was ******ed. he was very rude while talking to him and for someone trying to get money out of people he is going to have one***** of a time. needless to say he still called my job a***n today and also my mother and brother telling them they will have to pay this if i do not. he refuses to give any information about the company he works for. they could probably get a real job if they put as much effort into it as they do scamming people. they better give up on me cause they are not getting s**t out of me!!!!! hope this is helpful for others who are targeted by them!

I received a call on my cell phone on Tuesday June 29, 2010 from the same number it was a guy by the name of Jack Adams. He done called my mom and my sister as well. He called my phone twice at 2 someting in the afternoon while I was at work and I didn't pick them up cause it came up as 000-000-0000, and the second time He decided to leave a message on my voicemail I had no clue what he was saying due to his strong accent. He called my mom and he said his name was Jeff Adams and end his call with a God Bless. He called my sister and end his call with Have a Great Day. And for me he end his call with Have a safe day, and the background was so noisy with other people talking. I have no clue if he or anyone of his crew called my work place, I sure hope not I do not really need to hear any mess from my job.

I just recieved a call from Kevin White, yea right LOL.  He said someone, I don't know who, has a loan and somehow my name is used and that if I don't get this person to call them back, they are going to show up at my door and take me to court.  OH MY GAWD, I really needed a laugh today, so thanks guys for giving me an afternoon giggle.   You really need to do a little more research of american laws if you think you are going to scare people here.  I think they are just playing around, this is really too ****** to be a serious scam, must just be a silly joke.  Oh yes, a big God Bless You to you too :)

An Indian guy named Kevin White left me a message.  He knew my name and said someone took out a loan and used me as a reference.  If I do not return his call, someone will show up at my door and take me to court.  I wonder what they will take me to court for, maybe knowing someone who got a loan?  Is that a crime in India, because I'm not an attorney but I'm pretty sure it is not a crime here.  And of course he ended the message with a heart felt God Bless You.   Do people really fall for this stuff?  What a joke. LOL

YES!!! Exactly ! Shows up as 0000 etcand the East Indian accent says this number...914-930-3200 AND threatens with a slight variation on the story saying my SS# last 4 digits would be targeted in a Federal investigation or so****ing to that effect...

Given this number...914-930-3200...in a voicemail which arrives from east indian accent man....claiming to be from "ACS"...bla bla bla .....case a***nst me....collections agency plot......   um, they've called 4 times today already, which shows up in my phone as: +0000000000None of MY personal information is evident in the voicemail, except for my first name...  he ends with God Bless You.

I RECEIVE A CALL AS WELL FROM THIS # KEVIN WHITE & MARK JACKSON NONE OF THE ABOVE NAME BELONG TO THESE MAN THEY CALLED  BOTH WITH AMERICAN NAMES HAD BAD ENGLISH N THEY SOUNDED INDIAN SAME STORY REFUSED TO GIVE ME THERE ADDRESS PLUS THEY USED SAME # FOR SELLING ITEMS ON EBAY SO****ING DOESN'T SMELL GOOD !!!!!!!! THEY CLAIM I GOT A LOAN FROM THEM  NOT TRUE I SAID SUE ME I'LL BRING BANK RECORDS GOOD LOOK  ALADIN!!!!!!

I keep getting calls about an item that was satisfied - telling me that action is being taken a***nst my social security number because i committed fraud.  it's scarry because they have all my contact information.  My response to them is to take me to court as I did not commit any kind of fraud.
