Spam call: Recording about lowering interest rate on my credit card, but I don't have one. I ***g up once I heard that.

Called cell. Must must scammers. DNC list seems ineffective.

I got this as an unidentified call on my cell phone. I didn't answer it because I didn't recognize it. I checked on the internet, and this seems to be a suspect number, so I will NOT be calling it back.

Called, I didn't answer. Left no message. I called back, rang endlessly

recieved a call on my cell. Did not answer and did not get a message. I called the number back from another phone and received a fast busy. When googling the number I would have to pay to find out the name****ociated with 914-967-8960. My cell is on the Do Not Call list and is not given to anyone who doesn't absolutely need it. Very annoying to get these calls on my cell phone and have any way to track them & report them to get this to stop. I can only believe this is a scam.

Called cell. No message. From research seems to be credit card scammer. On dnc list rarely matters.
