Person left a message about criminal activity and that if I failed to return the call it would be considered failure to appear the number doesn’t work when you attempt to call it back

This caller asked if my name was______ __ _________. I said yes. He asked if I knew a certain town there in Texas. I said yes. Then he said I had a great ****y. Said that we slept together. We went twelve rounds and that he "F'd" me really hard. What the heck? I've never received a phone call like this.
